Stained glass patina - help
« on: February 13, 2014, 03:52:47 PM »
I'm not actually doing stained glass...Long story short, there is a product for oxidising solder on stained glass called Novacan Black. It also changes the colour of brass, which is why I and my friend in France wanted it. My friend couldn't find any in France and shipping from the USA was nuts, so I ordered some here in the UK (only found one place that sold it). So, I received it only to find out I can't send it to her through Royal Mail or Parcelforce! Which is annoying because I received it via RM...

Anyway, does anyone know of either a) an online shop in Europe that ships this kind of product to France or b) a courier/shipping method to send this to my friend safely?

Thank you so much!

can't you just send it Leah? if it came to you.... You don't have to declare whats in the parcel to France and if RM delivered to you then....

The trouble arose when I took it to the PO and they asked what was that swishy liquid sound. I couldn't keep my poker face.  :P
