Whoo they are all fab, I haven't got a pumpkin this year, but I have skeletons and goo and banners and lights and spiders and stuff so excited can't wait until later to decorate the drive and door and gate :)  I am having trick or treaters....is it daft to get so excited?  I haven't had trick or treaters for nearly 10 yrs!!

Ahhhhhhhhh! Iron man and Harry Potter!!!!!!! So cool!

I haven't done one this year, been too busy this week :( I didn't even realise it was Halloween today until a little while ago.

Awesome  ;D  I can't do too much this year, but I am well enough to do a simple pumpkin (not finished yet, struggling with that!) and we will be having trick or treaters, yay!  :D

Wow, they're all really great!
I bought a pumpkin but haven't carved it yet... :/ Bit late but may give it a go tonight.

I normally go a bit OTT with decorating the garden (I made the mistake of starting something a few years ago, kids are disappointed if I don't now!)

but Ashley is in the opening night of his drama group's performance of Our House, so I am going to that - I'll have the treats at the ready, but no point decorating if we're not in - here's previous efforts:

So cool
I want to ask you southern ladies did you do turnip lanterns when you were kids, I commented on FB and it seems to have been a northern thing.

I saw that post on Facebook Jill, I must say I hadn't heard of turnip lanterns (here in the east midlands) - although I did have a look and I like the idea, so if we're at home next Halloween I might make a whole pile of turnip ones!

I remember mum carving a swede for a brownie Halloween evening once and I'm from Dorset so certainly not a northern thing. Turnips are traditional but blinkin tough to carve  :D
