I never buy the beadsmith packs, they're at least three times anything else.  Try this.  http://www.rainbowsilks.co.uk/  Cheapest I've found, even cheaper than ebay.

Bugger, I ordered a load off Ebay this afternoon  :( Not much more expensive luckily so I will bookmark that site for later! I struggled with what colours to order, wanted a bit of everything!

Other threads you can use are the embroidery threads loads of colours and very cheap you can get whole bundles for a fiver

Or machine wool works really well, which I have tons and tons and tons and ... you get the idea  ::)  If I can get to the box I'll see what I can rummage out for all the kumihimo addicts.  ;)
