Oooh, gorgeous.  I had my bouquet copied in sugar paste and as you say, breaks easily :(  Years ago I bought a rose stick pin in the US that was a real rose dipped in some kind of paste, was gorgeous, not sure what happened to it after I gave it to my mum but it was so pretty.  If you make stick pins Vonnie ........
