Ebay- what do i do now?
« on: October 12, 2012, 01:14:18 PM »
I still haven't had a refund or received my order, the bloke isn't interested and asked me to stop bothering him.  The time is up but I haven't heard anything from Ebay so what do I do now?

You have to escalate it with ebay Jill - I had to do the same, and got my money back within five minutes.

Sue does that mean contacting them again through the resolution centre? It says I have an open case but when I click on it it just takes you to the initial load of questions , like have you contacted the seller. They don't make it easy do they?

I'm not entirely sure but I THINK it's in the hands of paypal now. And I meant dispute not sidpute ;D

Ebay dealt with mine Tan - I went to the dispute centre and it says to contact them (ebay).  Click that, tell them the seller has cut off any dialogue, and they will decide it almost immediately.
