How to paint a glass bead
« on: October 04, 2012, 09:46:22 AM »
This is my first attempt at painting a glass bead, and it worked  ;D

my first handpainted lampwork bead by kilnfiredart, on Flickr

This was an experiment, done in a hurry so it's not that well painted. I think I need magnifying glasses  ::)
I wanted to see how the glass enamel covered so I painted the whole bead and wiped out the design, I think it covered quite well.
I've written up the instructions and made a downloadable PDF, it just makes it easier that way.
If you need any help or have any questions shout up.
Jo feel free to use this on the CP blog if you like.

That is fantastic. My enamels are powder, what do you mix them with?

How do you download it?  I seem to have a new toolbar now, but still can't manage to do so  :-\

you can download it here
http://issuu.com/kilnfiredart/docs/how_to_paint_a_glass_bead_with_glass_enamels/2#print

it asked me to install something first, or you can print it.

Is it possible to put a PDF directly onto CP?
