9th of june is international yarn bombing day unfortunatly dont think i will get anything organised for tomorow ...maybe next year ?

I had never heard about this but a chap I chat to online asked me if I was  yarn bombing a few months ago, I had no idea what it was until he told me.

Doesn't it sound like a blast though?

THAT is sooooooo cool!!  I want my car bombed now...and that tank, can you imagine that in a war...ROFL..it would be an ice breaker if nothing else!  and that statue, brilliant.

i think its fab , knitted graffiti , some are organised and some just happen.... also the idea of a load of people sneeking out in the dead of night wrapping things in wool is so cool

CP get knitting /crotcheting i think we should do it somewhere , jean it would great for your daughter to publiisise her site and the upcomming exhibition etc and something all the users and followers could get involved in...

I have tons of part knitted bits n pieces that could be incorporated into a bombing raid  ;D  Ooooh, it even sounds naughty!  ;D
