well today the glass is behaving, i have spent the morning making spacers and have mandrels dipped for this afternoon to make more, i know spacers are boring to make but i need to get back in to it slowly and spacers is perfect

Yep, there's no excuse. Hotheads are completely able to manage beasties, better actually cos they don't flipping well melt in the detail while you're putting the eyes on!
